FAQ

Why is my outdoor temperature not showing？

-Set clock & outdoor sensor to SAME channel (A/B/C). Otherwise, temperature shows “–”

Why can’t the clock pick up the WWVB signal?

-Signal reception works best at night in clear weather.

-Move the clock away from metal objects, thick walls, and electronics.

-If far from the signal tower, reception may not be possible

Why isn’t the clock showing the correct time?

-Check that the time zone is set correctly and that the Auto DST setting is enabled if in an area that observes Daylight Saving Time.
